Taking in the cultural history, architecture & interiors of this extraordinary street, the tour tells the story of Tulbagh from 1760, focusing on its development, earthquake and restoration.

Tulbagh Highlights (Full Day-Taste of Tulbagh)

Starting at historic Twee Jong Gezellen we experience an underground Champagne cellar tour and tasting.  Next a visit to Saronsberg to sample their world class wine, award winning contemporary architecture and impressive South African modern art collection. After Lunch we are off to the Old Drostdy Museum, home of Drostdy Wines where we enjoy an underground wine tasting by candlelight. No visit to the valley is complete without a visit to Moniki Chocolatier, a beautiful farm with outstanding views, beaten only by the uniqueness and quality of her hand made chocolates.
