Offers Sleeps 12 in three large family suites. Each family suite consists of a large King room with a separate twin room and private bathroom. The bath room and bedroom are linked to the house via a private passage way.
Seventh basic bedroom behind kitchen can sleep another two pax, bringing the total to 14.

Payment Methods
Payment within 48 hours of invoice is expected to confirm booking
Our preferred payment method for accommodation deposits is EFT.
Please use invoice number and surname as reference number
There is no need to fax me proof of confirmation as ABSA Bank will inform me once the deposit is made.
Deposit Requirements & Cancellation Policy.
We require a 50% deposit from guests within 48 hours in invoice date to reserve a booking.
Please note that we take full payment in advance for one night stays.
Cancellation less than 7 days before arrival, full deposit is retained
Cancellation less than 31 days, first nights accommodation is retained
Cancellation more than 31 days, a full refund, minus an admin charge of R100
Cancellation of bookings of more than 3 days, full first nights accommodation cost is retained in all cases
Refunds and waiver of cancellation policies are at the discretion of management and the ability to re-let the rooms. In the event of a premature departure the full extent of the stay, as originally booked and confirmed, will be charged.
Other Information
Children can be accommodated by arrangement at most of our properties
Check in from 1pm onwards, unless by prior arrangement.
Check out is usually by 11 am, unless prior arrangements have been made
All properties are strictly non-smoking. No smoking in any of the houses or rooms.
Pets by arrangement only in selected proprieties
On arrival please check in at our main office/reception at 33 Van Der Stel/Main Rd, Tulbagh. (We are the double story Georgian building on the left). Reception is usually open from 8am to 6.30pm
